January 19th - Day 19

A better day than yesterday, but I really need to put some miles into my legs this weekend.

Woke up with a sore head this morning but a cup of tea soon put that straight.
Drove to work today, which sucks. Had a nice healthy lunch. Drove home.
At home I had an hour before dinner was ready so I did some exercises and lifting. My arms were aching by the end of it which is a good sign. Then sat down to lots of chicken and vegetables.
I've just poured myself a glass of cava to write this with, and will probably pour another before bed. Maybe even a third...

Food
Muesli with soya milk
Ham salad with 2 small wholemeal pittas
Some toasted almonds
1 banana
1 satsuma
Roast chicken with green beans, French beans, broccoli, peas and sprouts, Yorkshire pudding, new potatoes and roast potatoes.
2 tortilla crisps which I nicked off Martha.

Exercise
50 press-ups
50 sit-ups
50 tricep-dips
Dumbell curls [12kg]: 10/10/9
Bar squats [30kg]: 10/10/9
Over head Presses [30kg]: 10/10/9
Bar curls [30kg]: 10/10/9

Booze
2 glasses of cava [probably 3]
