Jan 18th - Day 18

This is an incredibly late blog

I ate a handful of Quality Street at work, did almost no exercise [cycled to work and back] and then drank a whole bottle of cava whilst watching Withnail and I with Lucy.

Food
Rolled oats porridge with soya milk
Something healthy for lunch, can't remember.
banana and satsumas
5 Quality Street choccies
stir fried Quorn pieces with mushrooms, red onion and yellow pepper, wholewheat noodles.

Exercise
Cycling: 9.2 miles

Booze
A bottle of cava!
