January 12 - Day 12

Really late blog, again...

Drove to work today after dropping two of the children at school.
I hate driving - it's slow and boring and expensive and it makes me fat.
After work, I met all the children at the library and then I was forced, under threat of violence, to buy lots of choccy at Tesco. I resisted buying myself any, however. Phew.
At home, I did a weights session before getting stuck into veggie burgers and salad.

However, the booze came out again after I'd picked the little ones up from Guides.

Food
Muesli with soya milk
Redbush tea with soya milk
Turkey and salad sandwich
2 satsumas
1 banana
4 soy protein veggie burgers with brown rice, cucumber, celery, lettuce, tomatoes and spring onions.

Sit-ups: 48
Bar curls [30kg]: 10/10/8
Bar squats [30kg]: 10/108
Over Head Press [30kg]: 10/10/8
Bumbell curls [12kg]: 10/10/8

Booze
1 bottle of ale
2 glasses of cava
