Jan 17th - Day 17

Healthy breakfast, healthy lunch, healthy snack, not very healthy but very scrummy dinner. Cycled to work and went to do some martial arts.
Not a bad day.
The martial arts lesson was a really good workout tonight - got some pad work in practising hooks and upper-cuts but we also concentrated on some fitness routines. I didn't realise there were so many ways to do a press-up! Got in the car aching with a nasty twinge in the right shoulder...

Oh, and no ale or cava!

Food
Rolled oats porridge made with soya milk
chicken and salad on wholemeal bap
1 satsuma
1 banana
2 small wholemeal pitta with hummus
Lucy's beef chilli with 1 large wholemeal pitta

Exercise
Cycling: 9.2 miles
Martial arts: 90mins

Booze
None
