Another good day
Healthy brekkie, cycled to work, healthyish lunch, cycled home.
In the evening I went to a martial arts session. We did a lot of traditional stuff, including one-step sparring, and I came away a bit bruised and sweaty. Which is nice.
Home to Lucy's beef chilli and a pint of water. I even managed to resist the bottle of ale that was offered to me upon my return!
