Jan 26th - Day 26 [very late]

Cycled to work and back today and had my usual healthy breakfast and lunch.
Then my parents came to visit and Lucy had put on a fantastic spread including booze and 2 puddings...
All thoughts of training went out of the window and I got stuck into real ale and ice cream.

Food
Lucy's homemade muesli with soya milk
6 oatcakes with hummus
1 banana
1 satsuma
cashew nuts
chicken with sprouts, green beans, peas, broccoli, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and gravy.
Lucy's homemade apple crumble with ice cream
Lucy's homemade rice pudding with jam

Exercise
Cycling: 9.2 miles

Booze
2 bottle of real ale
