Lucy's homemade muesli with soya milk
Cup of redbush tea with soya milk
2 small wholemeal pitta with hummus
6 oatcakes
1 banana
1 satsuma
Teece's Indian stir fry type thing [chicken, red onions, green pepper, mushrooms, little tomatoes, garlic, olive oil] with brown rice and half a naan.

Cycling: 9.2 miles
