A good day's training today: healthy eating, cycling and weight-training, and no booze.
I cycled to work and back [9.2 miles in total] and then cycled to the leisure centre and back [5.1 miles in total]. At home, I managed to fit a decent lifting session in before the girls got home. Some very tasty, healthy food and then for an early night [well, early for me anyway!]
