A little late, this blog...
Back to work today. I had intended to cycle in this morning, but I couldn't let the girls catch the bus in the vile weather - I'd feel too guilty. So they piled into my car and off we went to school and college.
I was aching all day. It must have been the cycling, martial arts and weight lifting that I was doing yesterday. It's a good feeling, though.
After work, I picked up the weights again, extending the session ever so slightly.
Unfortunately, Lucy and I have now perfected the art of chilling in the evening, and out came the booze...

Museli with soy milk
Hummus with oatcakes, carrots, celery and cucumber
A banana
Two salmon fillets with Lucy's awesome stir-fried veggies and brown rice.
