Well it would seem that I'm now stuck in a rhythm: I exercise everyday, eat reasonably healthily everday, and drink like Bukowski everyday. Obviously, it's a cutting down of the booze that is required to improve my training.
Anyway
Today I cycled to Solihull and back on the mountain bike to tax the car. After this, I took the three girls and MontyDog to do a lap of the park on our mountain bikes [except for Tilly who opted to walk.] When we decided to head back, Tilly decided that she wanted to cycle. So I let her ride Lightning which meant I had to jog/fast walk all the way home. It didn't hurt as badly as I expected it would and I didn't suffer cardiac arrest!
As soon as we got back and I had hosed the bikes off, I jumped on Thunder to do some laps at Tudor Grange cycle track: 10.3 miles at 13.6 mph.
At home I chilled and ate curry!
Today, I managed to forget to eat lunch...
