Late report..
I cycled to work and back and ate healthily.
Unfortunately, I had to work until 8 and didn't get home until almost 8.3o. Lucy put a bottle of beer in my hand and that was it - all intentions to do some exercise were left behind and some serious relaxing ensued...
On a positive note, my legs and butt are killing me today - must have done some good in the martial arts lesson last night!
Food
muesli and soy milk
redbush tea with soy milk
1 banana
3 satsumas
wholemeal pitta bread with hummus
2 salmon steaks with green beans
...and 1 Quality Street toffee!
Exercise
cycling: 9.2 miles
Booze
1 bottle of ale
1 glass of white wine
