Quite a successful day today:
Healthy brekkie and then a bike ride into work.
At work, I just nibbled on fruit and nuts until it was time to cycle home for some weightlifting.
I remembered to increase the weight on the barbell tonight and it was a pretty hard session.
A very healthy dinner, plenty of water and no booze!

2 handfuls of cashew nuts
2 dried apricots
2 baked salmon steaks with stir-fried veggies [kidney beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers]

sit-ups: 72
barbell squats [32kg]: 9/8/8
barbell curls [32kg]: 9/8/8
Overhead presses [31kg]: 10/10/8
Dumbbell curls [14kg]: 10/8/8
