Feb 20th - Day 51 [the new day 1!]

Well, I managed to eat healthily and lay off the booze. Unfortunately, there was no time for exercise today...
I did the school run this morning so didn't get chance to ride the bike.
After work I was a busy bee so didn't get chance to lift any weights. Oh well, dojo tomorrow...

Lucy's homemade muesli with soya milk
tuna, pasta and salad
1 banana
1 satsuma
handful of cashew nuts
Lucy's homemade chicken curry, mushroom curry with brown rice and a small naan
