5th March - Day 65

Drove to work today.
Ate healthily and had a sneaky beer while I cooked dinner.


A day of rest as far as the training is concerned.


Food
homemade muesli with soya milk
ham and pickle on wholemeal bap
1 banana
2 satsumas
Teece's stir fry [chicken, onion, mushrooms, garlic, bean sprouts, soy sauce, olive oil] with wholewheat noodles.

Booze
1 bottle of ale
